Divercity Place Construction Update - 9 of September 2011

Current Stage of Construction – 9 September 2011
A milestone was reached on 2/9/11 when the last pour for the Podium deck was completed! The last pour totalled 490m3 of concrete!

Stage 1 Level 6 is anticipated to be poured at the end of this week.

Internal finishes continue with the commencement of Plasterboard and installation of stairs to Stage 1 Ground Floor units. The stairs for Level 1 have already been ordered and due to be delivered late next week for installation.

Hebel works have now progressed to Stage 5 Level 2 working their way down to Level 1 then Ground Floor.

The Services trades are following the metal stud framing and are now currently completing rough-in for Stage 1 Level 1 & commencing on Level 2 apartments.
