Divercity Place Construction Update - 4 of November 2011

Current Stage of Construction –4 November 2011
Structural Steel Roofing Works are complete to Stage 1, with Roof Sheeting now started. Stage 2 Structure continues, with Level 4 concrete now poured.

Services Works continue in earnest throughout Stages 1, 2 and 5, with Rough-In Works complete to Level 6 of Stage 1, Level 5 of Stage 5 and Level 2 of Stage 2. 

Plasterboard and Hebel Works are now complete to up to Level 4 of Stage 1 (including setting), with framing, hebel and sheeting in progress up to Level 5 and setout commenced on Level 6.  Stage 5 is almost complete to Level 4, with hebel, framing and sheeting in progress. Kitchens, Tiling and Painting Works have now commenced in earnest to Stage 1 with works being undertaken on Ground Floor and Level 1.  

Public Domain Works continue with the Storm Water Culvert Works near complete to North Park and commencement of Road Works to Sydney Gate.
