Divercity Place Construction Update - 29 of August 2011
Current Stage of Construction – 29 August 2011
Hebel to Stage 1 Level 3 and Stage 5 Level 2 has
commenced whilst Stage 1 Ground Floor and Level 1 has all metal
studs erected, ready for Plasterboard once the services rough-in is
complete.
The Services trades have now completed rough-in to
Stage 1 Ground Floor and are currently completing Stage 1 Level 1
and beginning on Stage 1 Level 2.
The stairs for apartments in Stage 1 Ground Floor
and Level 1 are currently being manufactured and are expected to be
installed at the end of this week.
Stage 2 Level 2 Precast panels were erected last
week along with Stage 3 Ground Floor.
Stage 5 Level 4 has 20% of the Precast erected with
the slab being expected to be poured later this
week.
Hebel has been installed to all
Stage 1 Ground Floor and Level 1 apartments with Level 2 set-out
commencing this week.
The services trades (hydraulic, mechanical &
electrical) are currently running their services through the
apartments and risers.
