Divercity Place Construction Update - 23 of November 2011

Current Stage of Construction –23 of November 2011
Stage 1 Roof Sheeting is now at 80% completion with Stage 2 Level 4 Precast panels being placed on the recently poured slab.

Services continue through all stages with works now complete to Level 6 of Stage 1, Level 5 of Stage 5 and have now commenced on Level 3 of Stage 2.

Plasterboard and Hebel Works have now completed Level 4 of Stage 1 and are currently sheeting Level 5, whilst Hebel Works to Level 6 commenced today. Internal finishes have now progressed onto Level 1 and 2 apartments with GF now ready for bathroom joinery and remaining finishes.  Public Domain Works are ongoing with the sub-grade for Sydney Gate road now completed.
