Divercity Place Construction Update - 23 of January 2012

Current Stage of Construction – 23 of January 2012
The roof structure on Stage 5 is now complete with Stage 2 roof currently underway.

Stage 2 Level 6 formwork has been stripped and the precast panels have been erected.

Window installation to Stage 1 is now complete with Stage 2 & 5 following very closely.  Plasterboard works to Stage 1 is primarily complete with only a few corridors remaining. Stage 1 Level 6 apartments have commenced sheeting and will be completed within the coming week. Stage 5 Level 4 is now ready for Plasterboard.

Tiling has continued to Level 4 and is progressing up Stage 1. Joinery works are now up to Level 3.  One side of the newly complete Sydney Gate Road has been opened and is currently in use.  

We like to keep up with what is happening in Waterloo and at the moment I have just been told that the very stylish Camerich has a sale on.  It is also worth checking out if French on Elizabeth Street if they also have a sale on at the moment.
