Divercity Place Construction Update - 20 of December 2011

Current Stage of Construction – 20 December 2011
The roof on Stage 1 has now been completed with the roofers now moving onto Stage 5. The final slab has been poured on Stage 2 which was followed with the erection of precast panels . This now concludes all concrete slabs for Stage 1, 2 & 5.

The scaffold along Stage 1 North has been dismantled exposing the newly painted & rendered façade. This is a glimpse of what the building in its entirety will look like.

Window installation to Stage 1 is now primarily complete with only Level 6 remaining, with Stage 2 and Stage 5 up to Level 4 installs.  The entry to the carpark will now be secured with the recent installation of the roller door.

Services have now begun fit-off on Stage 1 Ground Floor apartments with bath & laundry tubs being installed. The LED downlights & pendant lights are also being installed in Ground Floor and Level 1 apartments .  Plasterboard has been completed on Stage 1 Level 5 with Hebel & Stud works currently 80% complete on Level 6. Stage 5 now has Ground Floor, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 sheeted with Level 4 to follow first thing next year along with ceiling grids to all floors.

Tiling works continue through Stage 1 with apartments from Ground Floor through to Level 3 now complete. Joinery works are following through and havenow installed all Kitchens & Bathroom vanities to Stage 1 Ground Floor apartments.  Public Domain works are on-going with the kerbs now completed for Sydney Gate.
