Divercity Place Construction Update - 16 of February 2012

Current Stage of Construction – 16 of February 2012
This week there is a lot happening with stage 1 well under way and stage 2 & 5 tracking well. The rain in Sydney has caused a few delays in some areas but that is not stopping the team from getting the job done.
I am thrilled to show you some pictures this week of the new park going in at Divercity Block B Stage 1, really exciting.

With the completion of Stage 2 Precast, the structural steel for the roof can now be completed. Stage 1 façade is almost complete with the Alucobond works to the Eastern Elevation is now complete.

Window installation to Stage 2 is now complete with Stage 5 Level 5 windows currently outstanding.

Plasterboard works to Stage 1 is now complete with Level 5 corridor ceilings being sheeted this week. Stage 5 wall sheeting is now complete and are now sheeting the ceilings. Stage 2 services rough-ins are currently completing Level 4 with Level 3 already sheeted.

Tiling works have commenced onto Level 5 (Stage 1) with only a few apartments remaining. Carpet has also been laid up to Level 3 apartments. Joinery works have also commenced on Level 5 and will be complete in the coming week.

Balcony balustrades for Stage 1 apartments will also be completed by the end of this week.  North Park has progressed significantly this week with the commencement of landscape works.
