Divercity Place Construction Update - 13 of September 2011

Current Stage of Construction – 13 September 2011
Stage 2 Level 3 was poured late last week followed by the erection of precast panels.

North Park civil works have begun along with Sydney Gate works.

Plasterboard sheeting to Stage 1 Level 1 has commenced with Hebel and stud work currently being installed on Stage 1 Level 3 and Stage 5 Level 1. The ceiling grid to Stage 1 Ground Floor apartments has also commenced today.

Services are still following the metal stud framing and are currently completing Stage 1 Level 2 rough in and due to commence Stage 1 Level 3 stack work & rough-in's later this week.
