Divercity Place Construction Update - 11 July 11

Stage 1 Level 3 is now completely poured. Precast panels are being erected this week with the formwork to follow.

Stage 2 Level 1 steel reinforcement is finishing up with concrete to follow within the next few days.

Stage 5 Level 3 Precast panels have been erected with formwork commencing.

Blockwork to the Basement & Ground Floor has commenced. Basement works are now 50% complete.

Services to the basement are continuing progressively as the formwork is being removed.

Stage 1 Ground Floor apartments will be prepared for finishes trades this week.
